Ordering/Product Care/Returns/etc

1. ORDERING: Please allow 10-15 BUSINESS days to receive your order(s). Please also make sure that the shipping information provided is CORRECT. Make sure to include apartment #s, unit #s, and anything else about your address that will ensure it arrives to the right location!

2. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: as with any garment, proper care of the garment will help to maintain the integrity of the item. We strongly suggest washing your items on a cold or cool setting, and air drying them for best results! Dry cleaning is also another great option!

3. RETURN/REFUND POLICY: We are an online business, and due to the COVID-19 virus, and the information regarding COVID cases increasing as of July 2023, we do NOT accept returns on any items. It is imperative that you are ordering the correct size, color combination, etc. We ship our orders based on the information you provide to us! Please make certain that your information is correct! 

4. FINAL SALE ITEMS: If there is a sale on any of our products, these items are all final sale and no exchanges/refunds will be accepted or processed if your order is incorrect.

5. WEEKEND ORDERING: if you have placed an order on a SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, your order will be processed on Monday or (the LATEST) Tuesday. Keep this in mind when placing your orders!
